Pure Spectrum CBD is proud to announce its partnership with USA Triathlon through 2023, becoming the first cannabidiol manufacturer to partner with a U.S. National Governing Body in the Olympic and Paralympic Movement.
The agreement features new education programs for the multi-sport community based on 100% hemp-derived THC-free CBD.
Our partnership with USA Triathlon follows closely on the heels of our sponsorship of the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games, and solidifies our place at the forefront of CBD’s burgeoning presence in the sports industry.

Harris said USA Triathlon selected Pure Spectrum because its products are made from industrial hemp containing no THC. “They apply strict third-party testing protocols to assure the products are pure,” he said. “They are completely transparent by posting batch-specific test results for every product they sell. They also control the entire supply chain to ensure every stage of the process is standardized, controlled and evaluated from the time the seed is planted in their family farms until the package is delivered to a customer.”
Education of athletes, coaches and the entire triathlon community will be a critical component of the partnership, incorporating a comprehensive CBD FAQ section and free webinar hosted on usatriathlon.org and purespectrumcbd.com. The webinar will feature a general overview of CBD as well as specific information about how endurance athletes can safely and effectively use the products.

The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) and World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) allow the use of CBD both in and out of competition and Pure Spectrum also sponsors more than 100 professional athletes including Australian UFC fighter Megan Anderson and six-time Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) World Champion Hunter McIntyre.
