Brady Bell Founder, CEO Pure Spectrum
Brady’s dedication, energy, and commitment to excellence drove Brady to found Pure Spectrum in 2015 and continues to fuel him today. Brady showed that dedication on the basketball court in college and while earning a bachelor’s degree in International Business. While this dedication and energy drove his entrepreneurial excellence, it was the real-world experiences which came next that equipped him to lead, innovate, and inspire. He accumulated over 40,000 hours of experience across every facet of the hemp and cannabis industry, from cultivation to retail and distribution to sourcing and processing, and then poured all of this into Pure Spectrum. In the past four years, the company has grown from its humble roots in the mountains of Evergreen, Colorado, to being sold in all 50 states and more than 80 countries. Under Brady’s bold leadership, Pure Spectrum is revolutionizing the way hemp is cultivated, processed, and distributed, revitalizing farming communities, and empowering people in all walks of life to upgrade their lifestyles. Brady is also an active member on many advisory boards, a devoted father, advocate for farmers, and a thought leader in the hemp and cannabis industry.
Brendan Schaub Chief Affiliate Officer & Co-Owner- Pure Spectrum
Brendan Schaub told us that he got his work ethic from his father, and whatever he’s tried his hand at, it shows. After a standout high school football career, he played fullback and on special teams for the University of Colorado, playing in every game during his senior season, including the Champs Sports Bowl. The Buffalo Bills signed Brendan to their practice squad and he played for the Utah Blaze in the Arena Football League. After retiring from football in 2007, Brendan diverted his energy into boxing and jiu-jitsu, and won the Colorado novice-division Golden Gloves heavyweight title. Switching to MMA, he claimed the heavyweight belt in Ring of Fire and made it to the final of The Ultimate Fighter. He then won four UFC fights in a row, before stepping away from the sport in 2015 to focus on stand-up comedy and hosting The Fighter and The Kid, Below the Belt, and King and the Sting podcasts. Brendan recently filmed one of the most successful Showtime specials to date, You’d Be Surprised, which garnered three million views in the first week of release.

Brandon Nhean Production/Shipping Operations Manager
Born in Denver, Colorado, Brandon has always held a firm belief in finding newer, alternative approaches towards bettering one’s livelihood. He applied this ideology towards his studies in psychology and criminal justice at the University of Northern Colorado with the original intention of integrating more rehabilitative approaches to combat prison overcrowding within the current criminal justice system. After exploring various career paths, he found a niche within the CBD industry at Pure Spectrum largely due to the fact that it encapsulated the idea of providing a better, more natural approach to improving lives. Though still new to the industry, Brandon hopes to continue to learn and grow alongside Pure Spectrum so that its benefits can be widely accessible to those from all walks of life.
